To earn the World Class Student Credential upon high school graduation, you must have successfully completed the set of courses that research shows best prepares you for college, work and life:
- Algebra I, Algebra II and Geometry
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- Four years of college-prep English
- Two years of the same World Language
- Three years of Social Studies
- One semester of Economics
You earn this credential by completing the content of the course with a passing grade. Therefore, if you cover the content of Algebra I and Geometry in a course called Integrated Mathematics, those courses count toward the credential.
The credential comes in a number of colors that might just match your school colors!
Only teachers, school counselors or principals can award World Class Students credentials. Your school must be a participating LearnDoEarn school for your teacher or administrator to award the credential.
