As president of the LearnDoEarn Student Credentialing System, Ms. Egreczky brings a combined experience of over fifteen years as a middle and high school science teacher, five years as a corporate trainer, and over ten years of experience in the unique world of business and education partnerships.

Under her leadership, the LearnDoEarn Student Credentialing System was selected by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for a Competitive Workforce as one of ten best practices in its first annual Business Education Network Yearbook. LearnDoEarn was also selected as a best practice by Achieve, Inc., and now is included on its Business Leaders Toolkit website.

Ms. Egreczky secured a $1.2 million dollar research grant from the prestigious W.K. Kellogg Foundation to evaluate the impact that LearnDoEarn has on urban students.

Ms. Egreczky has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science and a Master's degree in Training and Organizational Development. She serves on numerous boards and committees.
