As Director at the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Susan Herring is responsible for the planning, coordination and deployment of the Learn More Now, Do More Now, Earn More Later (LearnDoEarn) Student Credentialing System. The five programs in the LearnDoEarn initiative help prepare middle and high school students for life after high school by encouraging them to exceed expectations in academic achievement with World Class Students; attendance, punctuality and work ethic with School Counts!; computer proficiency with the Technology Challenge; financial literacy with Work the Money, and math competency with the Math Challenge.

Ms. Herring’s experience includes over thirteen years in corporate human resources management at American Brands and the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Ms. Herring has a bachelor’s degree in business from Sacred Heart University.
