Keeping the Job

Step 2: Do

...ensure that your attendance, punctuality and effort in middle and high school reflect the kinds of behaviors that employers will demand. Make sure you meet the standards defined by the School Counts program so you can develop the right attitude and have the work ethic employers want.

Step 3: Earn

...the School Counts Student Credential at the end of every year by meeting the School Counts criteria. If you earn four School Counts Credentials, one for every year in high school, you will also have earned the School Counts Graduate Credential at the end of high school. You can then show the credential to employers on job interviews and prove that you have the right attitude.
