Taj is a Peer Leader and a member of Rahway High School's Blue Triangle Club. Each year the club conducts a food drive to provide Thanksgiving meals to local families. He is held in high regard by his teachers and peers.

Taj plans to attend either the University of Pennsylvania or Brown University and eventually pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
