In a carefully constructed essay, present the viewpoint of a job candidate who was rejected for a job based on each of the areas on the previous slide.

Then develop an alternate argument that would represent the position of a business owner who has rejected a job candidate for that same reason.

And remember, your job is on the line if the employees you hire fail to perform according to the company’s specifications.
