What You Do

To earn a School Counts! Certificate in grades nine through twelve, you must:

• Maintain a 95% attendance and punctuality rate. Don't be late or absent more than nine times in one school year.

• Take demanding courses and get the best grades you can - no less than a 'C' average.

• Be on target for graduation in four years - (eight consecutive semesters).

• Do more than the minimum required for high school graduation - take more courses than required for graduation and avoid study halls.

• Don't get in trouble for violence or vandalism; don't get suspended.
