The LearnDoEarn Scavenger Hunt is a simple, quick and fun way to get your students in middle and high school to become instantly familiar with key concepts from LearnDoEarn: data-driven messages that will help them make the best possible academic, behavioral, career and financial decisions.

The primary goal of the Scavenger Hunt is to get the LearnDoEarn message to students as quickly as possible. It's simple. Schools post the LearnDoEarn posters in strategic places around the building. Students are given a LearnDoEarn Scavenger Hunt Player Card and have one week to 'scavenge' the answers to the questions on the Player Card using information from the posters and from the LearnDoEarn website. At the end of the week, students drop completed Player Cards in a LearnDoEarn raffle box. Player’s Cards are picked at random from the LearnDoEarn raffle box and the first four completely correct Cards generate rewards for the four students who completed them. Winning students are then awarded the prizes that come with the LearnDoEarn Scavenger Hunt Kit (an iPod Shuffle and three store gift cards worth $15.00 each). See the videos.

The LearnDoEarn Scavenger Hunt Kit may be purchased as an enhancement kit to the LearnDoEarn Standard Kit. There is one Scavenger Hunt for middles grades and one for high school. Please specify middle grades or high school when ordering.

Please note:
LearnDoEarn achieves its maximum impact when it is fully integrated into the academic life of the school. Full integration and deployment can take a significant amount of time, and the delay, while understandable, means that students who could derive immediate benefit from the lessons in the LearnDoEarn System are not hearing the message. The Scavenger Hunt is designed to accelerate the process, however, to achieve the full impact of the program, students must progress through the LearnDoEarn classroom curriculum as well.
